We provided the services for the conversion of 590 GB of docuTreev COLD and document imaging (loan documents and signature cards) data for loading into the customer's Fiserv Imagesoft Nautilus (Hyland OnBase) system.
The source data was received on encrypted USB disk drives. The data received consisted of the docuTreev SQL database, and a copy of the Omni storage structure (containing the images in the Omni proprietary format).
We extracted the images & reports and the associated metadata from the proprietary docuTreev format into our standard neutral format (TIFF images & text line data, with delimited text index files).
This project also included the re-mapping of the index data fields, document types, and report names into the specified keywords and document types for successful load into Nautilus. The converted data was formatted into the OnBase standard DIP (Document Import Process) files.
